It is made of dense polyester material with a fine texture and a subtle sheen. Banded in three-tier, the waist creates a neat silhouette regardless of body shape, and you can adjust the size with my thin and long fabric straps. The calm shirrings below the waist creates a voluminous silhouette as it goes down, and the skirt has a lightweight mini length that looks great with sneakers. It has side pockets and lining that complements the see-through.
