Drip kettle by Kaico

The Kaico series are created by craftsmen of a Japanese enamel brand that won a good design award in Japan.

It is designed to be easily used as a coffee drip port, and the amount of the water stream can be adjusted freely depending on your drip angle.

Precautions for use 

• The surface of the enamel is glassy. When an impact such as hitting or dropping is applied, it causes cracking or damage to the surface, so be careful with handling.
• Direct fire (gas stove) is available, but it is not suitable for easy-to-burn dishes because the steel is thinner than usual pot. (It is possible to boil, but please adjust the firepower to within medium heat and avoid boiling for a long time.)
• Do not apply heat without pouring water. There is a risk of fire, breakage of enamel, or burns. If you have already heated it, do not add water and wait for it to cool down. It causes cracks.
• After use, wash it with a sponge with a neutral detergent, wipe off moisture, and dry it. It can also cause damage to the surface when using detergents including scrubbers or abrasives.
• Rubbing with a metal cooking tool can leave gray and black marks.
